Anxiety therapy in Virginia: Stop overthinking and find your inner peace.

is this you?

You want to feel calm, happy, and at peace, but you still struggle with…?

A woman with braided hair wearing a gray turtleneck sweater is holding a white pillow close to her chest, looking to the side with an anxious expression.

Thinking about everything… all the time. Replaying conversations in your head, getting stuck on decisions, and worrying about all the ways things could go wrong.

Never quite feeling like you’re enough. Setting the bar impossibly high, still feeling like you fall short, and quietly wondering if everyone else has it more together than you do.

Hating the idea of disappointing anyone. Saying yes when you really want to say no, stretching yourself too thin, and feeling guilty anytime you choose yourself.

Always feeling wound up. Your body can’t relax, your brain won’t shut off, sleep is a mess, and stress shows up as headaches or an upset stomach.

Allowing yourself to slow down without guilt. Feeling like you should always be doing something, being “useful,” or showing up for everyone else—even when you’re exhausted.

Feeling alone in it all. Holding parts of yourself back so you’re not “too much,” and worrying others won’t understand or might judge you if you open up.
