This is how you get started with couples therapy:

Schedule your free consultation. This is an optional, no-obligation step where we will discuss what brought you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like it’d be a good fit.


Schedule your first session. If we decide to work together, we will do an intake session for me to learn more about your background and current situation. Then, we will collaboratively build a plan that is tailored to your unique goals for therapy.

Start feeling healthier and happier. Together, we will explore your relationship patterns and work toward reducing conflict, strengthening communication, and repairing connection and trust.
