This is how you get started with Family therapy:

Schedule your free consultation. This is an optional, no-obligation step where we will discuss what brought you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like it’d be a good fit.


Schedule your first session. If we decide to work together, we will do an intake session for me to learn more about your background and current situation. Then, we will collaboratively build a plan that is tailored to your unique goals for therapy.
